Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive holistic treatment. It is based on the belief that there are reflex zones in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs and systems of the body, the whole body being mapped out on the feet.
Illness, injury or stress can create imbalance in your body affecting vital energy channels, which may become congested or blocked, stopping the body functioning efficiently. Reflexology is a profoundly relaxing treatment that can help restore a feeling of well-being to the body and mind.
During a typical session a detailed medical history will be taken. You will be asked to lie on a couch and remove footwear and socks. Reflexology techniques are used to promote deep relaxation, which can activate your body’s own self-healing system and help achieve a natural state of balance. Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms such as everyday stress and tension.

Light Touch & Clinical Reflexology - Jane Sheehan
Treatments are tailored to your needs using a combination of light touch and clinical reflexology. As well as general Reflexology, Jane is experienced in treating people who would like fertility support, who are pregnant, who are menopausal and she has extensive experience supporting people undergoing mainstream treatment for cancer and cancer survivors
Jane also specialises Infertility Reflexology and teaches a regular Reflexology for Babies class where mums can learn simple reflexology techniques to sooth and calm their baby.
Jane works at Treat on Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.

Reflexology - Vicki Taylor
Treatments are tailored to your individual needs using a medium to firm pressure, treating one foot at a time. Then going back to areas of the foot to help further encourage a natural state of balance if needed, prior to a relaxing foot massage.
A Vegan Foot Powder is used for the Reflexology sequence and a Vegan and Organic Foot cream is used for the relaxing foot massage.
Vicki works at Treat Tuesday to Saturday.

Vicki started her career 18 years ago as a Massage Therapist at Neal’s Yard Remedies Treatment Rooms, after qualifying in Holistic and Advanced Massage in 2006 at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich.
Over her career Vicki has worked self-employed at other Health & Wellbeing Clinics in Norwich and joined the team at Treat in 2016, to work alongside highly professional like-minded practitioners. She loves being part of a Health & Wellbeing Clinic that gives a high level of holistic care to all of it's clients. And where you can cross-refer to other practitioners in the same profession to give the clients the best possible care.
For seven years Vicki did on-site Massage Treatments at the head office of Virgin Money in Norwich. To help improve staff well-being as part of their employee company healthcare benefits, which helped to alleviate work stress and tension. Vicki also assisted hundreds of staff members that trained to run the Virgin Money London Marathon by doing regular sports massages, which helped everyone of them to get over the finishing line and receive their medals.
In 2016 Vicki diversified qualifying with ITEC Diploma's levels 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy with The Norwich School of Beauty, and has carried on learning new beauty therapy skills but always comes back to her love of massage.
Vicki has spent many years enhancing on her range and types of therapies, continually improving her knowledge so she can offer new and existing clients the best possible care!

Jane's registered nurse training helped as she already had a good understanding of the Western science that is so important when working with TCM in a Western society. She is now teaching 3 thriving classes in Tai chi Qigong in Norwich which provides a great way for people to continue to experience improvements in their well-being and support the improvements they are experiencing.
Jane uses her skills as a hypnotherapist to focus on using hypnotherapy based techniques combined with reflexology to support women experiencing issues with fertility and during pregnancy to help relieve symptoms and promote well-being.
Jane has worked in a palliative care unit, combining her nursing experience with her love of complementary therapy treatments. She developed this service to provide the much needed treatments for fragile patients, and relatives needing a small oasis of relaxation, and emotional support.
Jane now offers Shiatsu and reflexology - Fertility, Pregnancy, Baby and Toddler. As well as Hot Stone Reflexology and The Fertile Body Method - Hypnotherapy.
Jane has extensive experience in working with women’s health issues. She is described as someone who radiates a sense of calm and relaxation and creates a relaxing non judgmental environment. She has worked with a variety of therapies which enables her to offer an individualised approach to treatment drawing on her various skills.
She trained and qualified with the Shiatsu College in Norwich and graduated in 2009. She assists at the Shiatsu college and maintains her professional development there. Her special interest is using Shiatsu to support women's health through all the stages of life including children, teenagers, fertility, pregnancy and menopause. She is also a qualified Tai chi Qigong teacher and may offer exercises to use in between treatments.
