The materials on this website may be retrieved and downloaded for personal and non-commercial use only. No materials may be copied, modified, published, broadcast or otherwise distributed without prior written permission of Treat-Norwich®.

Once an electronic, written or verbal booking has been accepted by Treat-Norwich®, the client/patient will have entered into an agreement to have treatment, based on these Terms and Conditions. The fee for the treatment will be deemed due accordingly. The term treatment is used for sessions of all therapies detailed on this website.

PAYMENT

Payment for treatment is due in full at the end of your session, in cash or by card. 

CANCELLATION

If for any reason you cancel a treatment within less than 24 hours notice, the full treatment price remains due for the reserved time slot. This fee is payable within 7 days or at the next session, whichever is earlier.

Should you run late for an appointment, your practitioner may not be available beyond the time slot reserved for you, and in some cases it may not be feasible to start the session. If at all possible, please inform your practitioner of any delay. Your session may be cancelled if they have not heard from you within 15 minutes of the agreed appointment time.

COVID-19 
Even though restrictions have been totally relaxed, Covid-19 is still considered a significant work place risk at Treat. For this reason Treat has completed a risk assessment of our premises and concluded that the following measures should remain in place to continue to mitigate Covid-19 as best we can within the clinic and to protect the extremely clinically vulneralble. 

Please fill in the Covid19 Consent Form prior to your initial treatment. This is attached to your first appointment confirmation email.
Sanitise your hands as soon as you have entered the Clinic.
Please continue to wear a Blue Surgical IIR Face Mask (Unless you are exempt). In public areas of the clinic - In the waiting room, toilets and multi-bed.
Wearing a Blue Surgical IIR Face Mask within the treatment rooms depends on you and your therapist personal requirements, if you are considered extremely clinical vulnerable your therapist will be happy to wear one. 

Therapists and Reception staff will continue to wear a Blue Surgical IIR face mask and PPE where necessary. 
We will continue to ventilate our treatment rooms between each client, opening windows, doors and ventilation fans can be turned on during treatments.

We will continue to keep our cleaning & hygiene standards extremely high throughout the clinic and treatment rooms.

Health and wellbeing are the responsibility of the individual. Advice and treatments provided by Treat-Norwich® are complementary and not an alternative to conventional medical opinion or treatment. There are few contraindications to the treatments offered by Treat-Norwich®, and they don’t always mean that a treatment cannot take place. During your initial consultation you should inform your practitioner of any medical conditions you have and those you have suffered with in the past, and provide updates at subsequent sessions if any of the discussed aspects change. It is your responsibility to check with your medical practitioner in case you suffer from a condition and/or are in doubt whether to have treatment.

PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

During your treatment consultation you will provide relevant personal information relevant to maintaining our patient-practitioner relationship and used for tailoring your treatment. This information will be kept confidential, stored securely and maintained accurate by updating it as advised by you.

You may request that we issue a copy of the personal information held about you. Provision of such information will be subject to the payment of a processing fee (currently £10.00) and two forms of identification, within 10 days from receipt of suitable forms of identification. Treat-Norwich® may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law.

You may occasionally receive information and updates from Treat-Norwich®, in which case you will either have agreed in advance to your information to be used for marketing communications, or be given an opportunity to opt out. Your information won’t be disclosed to others without your prior consent.

YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

We have set the highest possible standards for our services, designed to deliver an open, honest, ethical and transparent standard of care for all our clients.
If however you have any concerns or questions after your treatment, please call Treat-Norwich® in the first instance on 0113 345 5060 where our team will advise on the best way to progress your complaint. You are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing.

The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to Treat's manager, and you will receive a letter within seven days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is under way.
During the course of the investigation, Treat-Norwich may require you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment, or an alternative practitioner if this is deemed appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner, you can complain to Treat-Norwich's Director.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of which countries the parties agree to submit.

Treat-Norwich reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting new terms and conditions on this site.
