Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive holistic treatment. It is based on the belief that there are reflex zones in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs and systems of the body, the whole body being mapped out on the feet.
Illness, injury or stress can create imbalance in your body affecting vital energy channels, which may become congested or blocked, stopping the body functioning efficiently. Reflexology is a profoundly relaxing treatment that can help restore a feeling of well-being to the body and mind.
During a typical session a detailed medical history will be taken. You will be asked to lie on a couch and remove footwear and socks. Reflexology techniques are used to promote deep relaxation, which can activate your body’s own self-healing system and help achieve a natural state of balance. Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms such as everyday stress and tension.
Treatments are tailored to your individual needs using a medium to firm pressure, treating one foot at a time.
Vicki incorporates a mini foot massage to help moisturise the skin of the feet and help release tension in the foot muscles, tendons and ligaments. Also to improve blood circulation, improve joint flexibility, and relieving pain from conditions like plantar fasciitis

Vicki started her career as a Massage Therapist at Neal’s Yard Remedies Treatment Rooms over 20 years ago, after qualifying in Holistic and Remedial Massage at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich. But over many years Vicki has gone on to qualify and gain so much more experience, learning many other different types of Massage, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling and even Beauty Therapy. Where she specialises in Facial Beauty Therapies - Aromatherapy Facials, Facial Waxing, Lash & Brow Tinting and Lash Lifting.
For seven years Vicki did on-site Massage Treatments at the head office of Virgin Money in Norwich. To help improve staff well-being, reduce absenteeism and help to alleviate work stress, tension and help ease muscular aches & pains, as part of their employee company healthcare benefits. Vicki also assisted hundreds of staff members that trained to run the Virgin Money London Marathon by doing regular monthly sports massages, which helped everyone of them to get over the finishing line and receive their medals.
With Vicki's vast experience and skills in many different types of therapies she offers. She always individually tailors her treatments to suit your needs, whether you want a Deep Tissue back, neck and shoulder massage together with a relaxing Aromatherapy Facial or foot Reflexology treatment. Clementine is a qualified reflexologist with a calm, supportive approach to wellbeing. Following her own health challenges and a growing interest in how the body works as a whole, she was drawn to study reflexology. She discovered how reflexology could support balance, relaxation and the body's natural ability to restore itself.
Clementine offers foot, facial, and auricular (ear) reflexology, tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of her clients. She works with both men and women, creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can relax and be supported on their wellbeing journey. She has a particular interest in stress reduction and has seen first-hand the powerful effects reflexology can have in helping clients manage the physical and emotional impact of modern life. She also has a keen interest in women's health, with a special focus on pre-conception care, fertility support, hormonal balance, and menstrual health.
To deepen her practice, Clementine has undertaken additional training in facial reflexology, enabling her to offer a wider range of treatment experiences, alongside auricular and foot reflexology. She believes in working holistically to support each client's overall health and wellbeing.
Clementine has experience supporting a wide range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, hormonal imbalance, fertility and menstrual health, digestive issues, fatigue, sleep difficulties, headaches, emotional wellbeing, and general wellness.
Alongside her reflexology training, Clementine has a background in education and has studied to Master's level in Learning and Development. This informs her thoughtful, compassionate, and client-centred approach, ensuring each treatment is tailored to the individual's needs.

Includes a detailed consultation followed by a foot reflexology treatment to begin supporting your body’s natural balance. This will focus on certain areas and systems related to fertility.
