Treat’s founder and proprietor Rebecca works as a registered Traditional Acupuncturist, specialising in natural fertility for men and women. With over eleven years experience running her own practice and a BsC (Hons) from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) she has helped countless patients with a variety of mental, emotional and physical conditions. Rebecca has a special interest in supporting people through their fertility and Pregnancy journey. She is a very patient focused practitioner who takes time to listen to the patient, once gaining the in-depth insights she agrees treatment goals with the patient to increase health outcomes. Rebecca loves what she does, her passion comes through in every treatment she does.

In 2010 Rebecca created Norwich Acupuncture Rooms at The Orange Grove Clinic as a way of making acupuncture more accessible and affordable to a wide range of people. In China acupuncture is a very common practice and recommended weekly to begin with for effective treatment. Rebecca’s goal was to replicate this in the Western world with the multi-bed setting to allow patients the option of weekly treatment at a more affordable price

A year later Rebecca also set up the Acupuncture Childbirth Team for East Anglia (ACT), which acts as an acupuncture network for other practitioners to share and learn information on natural birth techniques and pregnancy-related complaints. 

Rebecca’s latest passion is treat – a unique holistic clinic where the practitioners all strive to work together for the people of Norwich; combining their skills and knowledge in providing one-to-one care and group sessions/workshops, which empower and educate people to reach a state of well-being and contentment. Norwich Acupuncture Rooms is now an integral part of treat-norwich Health and wellbeing Clinic.

Annie discovered a holistic approach to her body, mind and spirit through her own yoga practice, at the age of 17. Yoga introduced her to the concept of ‘prana’ (primary energy in Sanskrit) this unravelled an intrigue to discover more about ancient eastern philosophy and medicine.

Whilst working on a yoga retreat in Portugal, she was introduced to Five Element Acupuncture. Fascinted by the concept of diagnosing and treating a person’s element – Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood. She needed to learn more, but it wasn’t until many years later that she has the opportunity to study this incredible form of medicine at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa.

Studying for her Licentiate for 4 years she feels she has opened a book that will never be closed. A world of endless intrigue, discovery and amazement at the power and depth of Classical Chinese Medicine. 

In the clinic, Annie’s approach offers each patient a tailored diagnosis of their health needs. During a thorough initial consultation, Annie will diagnose your element and any imbalances in your body, mind and spirit through detailed questioning, physical palpation and pulse and tongue diagnosis. Annie uses very fine (0.18mm guage needles) and she will work with your breath when inserting the needles to enable a more relaxed and painless treatment. She will create a bespoke treatment plan, to suit your body’s needs and will discuss this with you.

Liz is a licensed acupuncture practitioner, gaining a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading in 2019. She practices an integrated approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture. Liz specialises in treating children, holding a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture (2022). Liz is fully regulated and insured with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC)

Liz has a special interest in a variety of conditions, particularly post-operative pain, circulatory conditions, digestive complaints, headaches and migraines, menopause and menstrual health. Liz enjoys being able to offer multi-bed treatments to make frequent treatment more affordable to those who would otherwise be unable to access holistic healthcare.

Liz uses a combined approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. Classical Five Element acupuncture is based on the Five Elements of nature: fire, earth, metal, water and wood. Each of these five elements is within each of us and symptoms and diseases occur when these elements become unbalanced. Treatment using the Five Elements deals with the underlying causes of disease rather than just treating the symptoms. The aim of Five Element acupuncture is to bring each of the elements back into balance to prevent disease from reoccurring.

Liz believes a collaborated approach to care improves the health and wellbeing of individuals and so is always happy to speak with your other healthcare providers and work alongside them and with you reviewing treatment often to ensure your symptoms are improving and you have all the information available to you to take ownership of your health.

When Liz became a mother of two this sparked her interest in how acupuncture could help young people. Liz recently completed a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture and now specialises in the treatment of children and young people. Liz will treat babies from newborn and uses a very gentle approach and has many non-needle techniques to help restore balance in the body. This may include Tui-Na massage which can be taught to parents / carers to use at home and in-between treatments. A childs Qi is so vital that minimal intervention is needed. Usually only one or two needles may be used on very small children if at all. Smallstick-on seeds or tiny pyonex can be used instead if the child isn’t sure about having needles. Liz aims to make the child as comfortable and relaxed as possible, hoping that acupuncture is a time in the week the child looks forward to. There is a collection of toys and books in the treatment room and she is always happy to speak to the parent before the consultation to talk though any concerns, and anything that would be easier to discuss without the child present. Liz fully understands how much the wellbeing of a child can have an effect on the whole family.

Victoria’s path into acupuncture began with her own experiences of seeking more complete approaches to health and wellbeing. What started as a personal journey grew into years of study, travel, and a deep commitment to holistic medicine.

During her travels, she was inspired by traditional healing systems from around the world, but it was Chinese Medicine that particularly resonated with her. Vicki started her career as a Massage Therapist at Neal’s Yard Remedies Treatment Rooms over 20 years ago, after qualifying in Holistic and Remedial Massage at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich. But over many years Vicki has gone on to qualify and gain so much more experience, learning many other different types of Massage, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling and even Beauty Therapy. Where she specialises in Facial Beauty Therapies - Aromatherapy Facials, Facial Waxing, Lash & Brow Tinting and Lash Lifting.

For seven years Vicki did on-site Massage Treatments at the head office of Virgin Money in Norwich. To help improve staff well-being, reduce absenteeism and help to alleviate work stress, tension and help ease muscular aches & pains, as part of their employee company healthcare benefits. Vicki also assisted hundreds of staff members that trained to run the Virgin Money London Marathon by doing regular monthly sports massages, which helped everyone of them to get over the finishing line and receive their medals.

I am a Holistic Massage Therapist with a passion for supporting women’s health and well-being. Within 13 years experience I have provided massage therapy for many women for a variety of conditions - from children to those in their precious last few weeks of life. My massage career started in 2012 when I was captivated after picking up an aromatherapy book in a jumble sale, which led to many formal training courses and growing. I love to learn from each person I meet and how I can further adapt each treatment to each individual. Olga began her career as a teacher with a deep interest in child development, which led her to train extensively in the attachment‑based developmental paradigm with the Neufeld Institute. Together with her friend, a psychotherapist, she co‑founded The Caring Instinct, a supportive coaching service for parents seeking to heal their relationship with their child and lead with love.

As a Nurture Neuroscience infant sleep consultant and parent educator, Olga is trained in infant brain development, parent brain development, the neurobiology of infant sleep, and nervous system regulation. Her training is grounded in peer‑reviewed research from developmental neuroscience, attachment science, psychobiology and stress physiology, and translated into effective, compassionate support for families.

I qualified as a Pharmacist in 1984 and worked for large and small companies and eventually purchased my own. Due to interest in Martial Arts, I studied karate for a number of years after obtaining a black belt. I taught on many occasions from 1986.

I undertook an Acupuncture training in 1996. During this time I discovered Qi Gong & Tai Chi which I find gives people a way to support their own systems. I have been practising Qi Gong for the last 20 years and I am now undergoing my teacher training within the 5 Element System. Whilst studying acupuncture I also discovered Craniosacral Therapy and went on to qualify as a therapist in 2000.

I have deepened into the practice with many advanced courses over the years (Shock & Trauma, Prenatal Development Pregnancy; particularly in embryonic and cardiovascular work, Neuroendocrine & Immune System & Stress Response). Annie discovered a holistic approach to her body, mind and spirit through her own yoga practice, at the age of 17. Yoga introduced her to the concept of ‘prana’ (primary energy in Sanskrit) this unravelled an intrigue to discover more about ancient eastern philosophy and medicine.

Whilst working on a yoga retreat in Portugal, she was introduced to Five Element Acupuncture. Fascinted by the concept of diagnosing and treating a person’s element – Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood. Annie uses very fine (0.18mm guage needles) and she will work with your breath when inserting the needles to enable a more relaxed and painless treatment. Liz is a licensed acupuncture practitioner, gaining a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading in 2019. She practices an integrated approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture. Liz specialises in treating children, holding a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture (2022). Liz is fully regulated and insured with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC)

Liz has a special interest in a variety of conditions, particularly post-operative pain, circulatory conditions, digestive complaints, headaches and migraines, menopause and menstrual health. Liz enjoys being able to offer multi-bed treatments to make frequent treatment more affordable to those who would otherwise be unable to access holistic healthcare.

Liz uses a combined approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. Classical Five Element acupuncture is based on the Five Elements of nature: fire, earth, metal, water and wood. Each of these five elements is within each of us and symptoms and diseases occur when these elements become unbalanced. Treatment using the Five Elements deals with the underlying causes of disease rather than just treating the symptoms. The aim of Five Element acupuncture is to bring each of the elements back into balance to prevent disease from reoccurring.

Liz believes a collaborated approach to care improves the health and wellbeing of individuals and so is always happy to speak with your other healthcare providers and work alongside them and with you reviewing treatment often to ensure your symptoms are improving and you have all the information available to you to take ownership of your health.

When Liz became a mother of two this sparked her interest in how acupuncture could help young people. Liz recently completed a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture and now specialises in the treatment of children and young people. Liz will treat babies from newborn and uses a very gentle approach and has many non-needle techniques to help restore balance in the body. This may include Tui-Na massage which can be taught to parents / carers to use at home and in-between treatments. A childs Qi is so vital that minimal intervention is needed. Usually only one or two needles may be used on very small children if at all. Smallstick-on seeds or tiny pyonex can be used instead if the child isn’t sure about having needles. Liz aims to make the child as comfortable and relaxed as possible, hoping that acupuncture is a time in the week the child looks forward to. There is a collection of toys and books in the treatment room and she is always happy to speak to the parent before the consultation to talk though any concerns, and anything that would be easier to discuss without the child present. Liz fully understands how much the wellbeing of a child can have an effect on the whole family.

David is accredited with an ITEC Level 3 & 4 qualifications in Sports Massage and IPHM Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Since qualifying David has spent time building a private client base as well as working in corporate spaces, and various holistic venues across the region.

More recently in 2024 David qualified in Chinese Cupping Therapy. This traditional Chinese practice uses suction to release muscle tension, boost circulation and support recovery.

Clementine is a qualified reflexologist with a calm, supportive approach to wellbeing. Following her own health challenges and a growing interest in how the body works as a whole, she was drawn to study reflexology in 2021. She saw how it was a valuable way to support balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal.

Recently, to deepen her practice, Clementine has trained in facial reflexology, allowing her to offer a range of reflexology treatment experiences. She has a particular interest in fertility support, women’s health, and stress reduction, and works with clients seeking both physical and emotional wellbeing support.

Liz is a licensed acupuncture practitioner, gaining a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading in 2019. She practices an integrated approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture. Liz specialises in treating children, holding a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture (2022). Liz is fully regulated and insured with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC)

Liz has a special interest in a variety of conditions, particularly post-operative pain, circulatory conditions, digestive complaints, headaches and migraines, menopause and menstrual health. Liz enjoys being able to offer multi-bed treatments to make frequent treatment more affordable to those who would otherwise be unable to access holistic healthcare.

Liz uses a combined approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. Classical Five Element acupuncture is based on the Five Elements of nature: fire, earth, metal, water and wood. Each of these five elements is within each of us and symptoms and diseases occur when these elements become unbalanced. Treatment using the Five Elements deals with the underlying causes of disease rather than just treating the symptoms. The aim of Five Element acupuncture is to bring each of the elements back into balance to prevent disease from reoccurring.

Liz believes a collaborated approach to care improves the health and wellbeing of individuals and so is always happy to speak with your other healthcare providers and work alongside them and with you reviewing treatment often to ensure your symptoms are improving and you have all the information available to you to take ownership of your health.

When Liz became a mother of two this sparked her interest in how acupuncture could help young people. Liz recently completed a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture and now specialises in the treatment of children and young people. Liz will treat babies from newborn and uses a very gentle approach and has many non-needle techniques to help restore balance in the body. This may include Tui-Na massage which can be taught to parents / carers to use at home and in-between treatments. A childs Qi is so vital that minimal intervention is needed. Usually only one or two needles may be used on very small children if at all. Smallstick-on seeds or tiny pyonex can be used instead if the child isn’t sure about having needles. Liz aims to make the child as comfortable and relaxed as possible, hoping that acupuncture is a time in the week the child looks forward to. There is a collection of toys and books in the treatment room and she is always happy to speak to the parent before the consultation to talk though any concerns, and anything that would be easier to discuss without the child present. Liz fully understands how much the wellbeing of a child can have an effect on the whole family.

Treat’s founder and proprietor Rebecca works as a registered Traditional Acupuncturist, specialising in natural fertility for men and women. With over eleven years experience running her own practice and a BsC (Hons) from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) she has helped countless patients with a variety of mental, emotional and physical conditions. Rebecca has a special interest in supporting people through their fertility and Pregnancy journey. My massage career started in 2012 when I was captivated after picking up an aromatherapy book in a jumble sale, which led to many formal training courses and growing. I love to learn from each person I meet and how I can further adapt each treatment to each individual. After furthering my training in pregnancy and postpartum massage, I started specialising in women's health as I am passionate about supporting and empowering women in the different cycles of life they find themselves in. Historically speaking, women's health in society hasn't always been prioritised or understood and I take pride in being part of a service for women that respects and supports them.

Nurture Neuroscience Sleep Consultant

Olga began her career as a teacher with a deep interest in child development, which led her to train extensively in the attachment‑based developmental paradigm with the Neufeld Institute. Together with her friend, a psychotherapist, she co‑founded The Caring Instinct, a supportive coaching service for parents seeking to heal their relationship with their child and lead with love.

As a Nurture Neuroscience infant sleep consultant and parent educator, Olga is trained in infant brain development, parent brain development, the neurobiology of infant sleep, and nervous system regulation. Her training is grounded in peer‑reviewed research from developmental neuroscience, attachment science, psychobiology and stress physiology, and translated into effective, compassionate support for families.

Olga is a mother of two boys and knows first‑hand that, although choosing nurture remains a path less travelled in our society, it is also the most rewarding one. Families she works with are often surprised to see their baby’s sleep improve without any sleep training or rigid routines at all.

Graduating with a Masters in Chiropractic (MChiro) from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxfordshire at the beginning of 2022.  

Elyse first discovered chiropractic when she was only three years of age, and decided it was her calling in life by age 10.

Cathy’s passion for coaching was ignited by the change in perspective and wellbeing that came from her own experience of self-recovery.

In 2021, after two years of study and coaching practice, she completed a formal coaching qualification accredited by the Association of Coaching, the National Council of Psychotherapists and the UK Health Coaches Association. She has also trained extensively in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and in peer support within the NHS.  

Her coaching style is nurturing and compassionate and she uses evidence-based, effective tools in her work.

Claire is a chartered physiotherapist and specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy addressing issues with muscles and joints including back, shoulder or knee pain, sports or work related injuries. Claire uses Pilates in her physiotherapy treatments and also teaches it 1:1 as a method to help maintain health and wellbeing.

Claire worked in the health and fitness industry before completing a Masters degree in physiotherapy at UEA. Claire understands that it is often the quality, not the quantity of movement that determines health, fitness and sporting success and she was drawn to Pilates because its principles of alignment, concentration and control -moving and exercising with correct technique which is important in all aspects of exercise and daily life. Claire uses Pilates in her physiotherapy treatments and also teaches it 1:1 as a method to help maintain health and wellbeing.

Claire worked in the health and fitness industry before completing a Masters degree in physiotherapy at UEA. She has 10 years experience working in health, fitness and rehabilitation and has worked at many sporting events including the London Paralympics, London marathon and Great North Run. Claire has also worked as a specialist personal trainer teaching exercise classes for: cancer rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation and orthopaedic conditions and continues to give exercise guidance to a wide range of people looking to get moving more despite health concerns.

Annie discovered a holistic approach to her body, mind and spirit through her own yoga practice, at the age of 17. Yoga introduced her to the concept of ‘prana’ (primary energy in Sanskrit) this unravelled an intrigue to discover more about ancient eastern philosophy and medicine.

Whilst working on a yoga retreat in Portugal, she was introduced to Five Element Acupuncture. Fascinted by the concept of diagnosing and treating a person’s element – Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood. She needed to learn more, but it wasn’t until many years later that she has the opportunity to study this incredible form of medicine at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa.

Studying for her Licentiate for 4 years she feels she has opened a book that will never be closed. A world of endless intrigue, discovery and amazement at the power and depth of Classical Chinese Medicine. 

In the clinic, Annie’s approach offers each patient a tailored diagnosis of their health needs. During a thorough initial consultation, Annie will diagnose your element and any imbalances in your body, mind and spirit through detailed questioning, physical palpation and pulse and tongue diagnosis. Annie uses very fine (0.18mm guage needles) and she will work with your breath when inserting the needles to enable a more relaxed and painless treatment. Liz is a licensed acupuncture practitioner, gaining a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading in 2019. She practices an integrated approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture. Liz specialises in treating children, holding a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture (2022). Liz is fully regulated and insured with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC)

Liz has a special interest in a variety of conditions, particularly post-operative pain, circulatory conditions, digestive complaints, headaches and migraines, menopause and menstrual health. Liz enjoys being able to offer multi-bed treatments to make frequent treatment more affordable to those who would otherwise be unable to access holistic healthcare.

Liz uses a combined approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. Classical Five Element acupuncture is based on the Five Elements of nature: fire, earth, metal, water and wood. Each of these five elements is within each of us and symptoms and diseases occur when these elements become unbalanced. Treatment using the Five Elements deals with the underlying causes of disease rather than just treating the symptoms. The aim of Five Element acupuncture is to bring each of the elements back into balance to prevent disease from reoccurring.

Liz believes a collaborated approach to care improves the health and wellbeing of individuals and so is always happy to speak with your other healthcare providers and work alongside them and with you reviewing treatment often to ensure your symptoms are improving and you have all the information available to you to take ownership of your health.

When Liz became a mother of two this sparked her interest in how acupuncture could help young people. Liz recently completed a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture and now specialises in the treatment of children and young people. Liz will treat babies from newborn and uses a very gentle approach and has many non-needle techniques to help restore balance in the body. This may include Tui-Na massage which can be taught to parents / carers to use at home and in-between treatments. A childs Qi is so vital that minimal intervention is needed. Usually only one or two needles may be used on very small children if at all. Smallstick-on seeds or tiny pyonex can be used instead if the child isn’t sure about having needles. Liz aims to make the child as comfortable and relaxed as possible, hoping that acupuncture is a time in the week the child looks forward to. There is a collection of toys and books in the treatment room and she is always happy to speak to the parent before the consultation to talk though any concerns, and anything that would be easier to discuss without the child present. Liz fully understands how much the wellbeing of a child can have an effect on the whole family.

Treat’s founder and proprietor Rebecca works as a registered Traditional Acupuncturist, specialising in natural fertility for men and women. With over eleven years experience running her own practice and a BsC (Hons) from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) she has helped countless patients with a variety of mental, emotional and physical conditions. Rebecca has a special interest in supporting people through their fertility and Pregnancy journey. In 2010 Rebecca created Norwich Acupuncture Rooms at The Orange Grove Clinic as a way of making acupuncture more accessible and affordable to a wide range of people.
