Annie discovered a holistic approach to her body, mind and spirit through her own yoga practice, at the age of 17. Yoga introduced her to the concept of ‘prana’ (primary energy in Sanskrit) this unravelled an intrigue to discover more about ancient eastern philosophy and medicine.
Whilst working on a yoga retreat in Portugal, she was introduced to Five Element Acupuncture. Fascinted by the concept of diagnosing and treating a person’s element – Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood. She needed to learn more, but it wasn’t until many years later that she has the opportunity to study this incredible form of medicine at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa.
Studying for her Licentiate for 4 years she feels she has opened a book that will never be closed. A world of endless intrigue, discovery and amazement at the power and depth of Classical Chinese Medicine.
In the clinic, Annie’s approach offers each patient a tailored diagnosis of their health needs. During a thorough initial consultation, Annie will diagnose your element and any imbalances in your body, mind and spirit through detailed questioning, physical palpation and pulse and tongue diagnosis. Annie uses very fine (0.18mm guage needles) and she will work with your breath when inserting the needles to enable a more relaxed and painless treatment. She will create a bespoke treatment plan, to suit your body’s needs and will discuss this with you.

Tanya qualified as a counselling psychologist in 2009 and is qualified to offer a range of therapies which can be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Therapy may involve working on a clearly defined problem area and may be time limited. Alternatively, it may be more appropriate to work in an open-ended contract in which you can explore your issues further.
The main therapeutic approaches Tanya draws on are Compassion Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness, EFT and EMDR. These approaches bring together a broad range of theories and have a strong evidence base in helping people manage their emotional health, and address difficulties associated with trauma, chronic stress and adverse life experiences.
Research has shown that the therapeutic relationship is crucial in determining how helpful therapy can be. Central to her approach is a focus on the therapeutic relationship, which is collaborative and involves working together on an agreed focus for therapy. It is important that you feel that you can trust the therapist you decide to work with.
Since completing her core training in Counselling Psychology, Tanya has completed further training in Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement desensitisation and reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). The latter two therapies are particularly helpful in addressing problems associated with trauma and chronic stress.
When Tanya is not working or caring for her daughters, she enjoys wild swimming, running and meditation to keep her as happy and as healthy as she can be. Tanya enjoys bringing into her professional work the therapies that she has found to be helpful in supporting her own emotional health and healing from trauma.

Faye’s journey into Ayurveda began with a profound desire to help others heal naturally through a holistic approach to wellbeing. This passion was inspired by a 14-year struggle with complex chronic illness, during which Faye intuitively healed herself through dietary and lifestyle changes. Recognizing the parallels between her healing journey and the principles of Ayurveda, she dedicated herself to studying this ancient medical system to assist others in their healing processes so they too can thrive again.

- Member of the professional body AAPUK (Association of Ayurvedic Practitioners UK)
Faye is currently advancing her Ayurvedic training to deepen her knowledge to enrich her offerings to support complex health conditions.
Testimonials:
“I worked with Faye over the course of around 6 months and she supported me with my recovery from severe fatigue and migraines which arose in the aftermath of an infection. She took a detailed history and identified and reinforced the approaches I was already taking to help myself. She went on to identify the aspects of what I was doing which were counter productive, using the lens of Ayurvedic wisdom to help to identify and explain how some dietary and lifestyle habits might support others but due to my constitution might be counter productive for me. She created an individualised plan including dietary and lifestyle modification, herbs and spiritual practice and reviewed me at regular intervals, building the plan as my recovery evolved. All the while, Faye brought her own unique brand of bright, loving awareness, deep listening, intuitive insight, and a profound and genuine compassion. I found her support and suggestions nurturing, helpful and healing and I'm so happy that she is offering her gifts to the world” - Simon
“I want to thank you Faye, for supporting me with Ayurveda practices to bring me back into balance. I’ve already made significant strides in reducing my sugar cravings and moving into healthier ways of sustaining my body and mood. I really can’t thank you enough for all the support you’ve given me with the changes that will continue to help me on my journey.” – Ashley

I qualified as a Pharmacist in 1984 and worked for large and small companies and eventually purchased my own. Due to interest in Martial Arts, I studied karate for a number of years after obtaining a black belt. I taught on many occasions from 1986.
I undertook an Acupuncture training in 1996. During this time I discovered Qi Gong & Tai Chi which I find gives people a way to support their own systems. I have been practising Qi Gong for the last 20 years and I am now undergoing my teacher training within the 5 Element System. Whilst studying acupuncture I also discovered Craniosacral Therapy and went on to qualify as a therapist in 2000.
I have deepened into the practice with many advanced courses over the years (Shock & Trauma, Prenatal Development Pregnancy; particularly in embryonic and cardiovascular work, Neuroendocrine & Immune System & Stress Response). This work allows a deepening mindful connection with our own inherent health to enable us to become more resourceful self-regulating and resilient.

Joan has 40 years of midwifery experience include attending numerous home births in a ten year spell as a community midwife. She still practices as a midwife, is an antenatal leader, supporter of the fourth trimester and has founded Hypnobirthday her own hypnobirthing teaching service. She has trained in hypnobirthing with Marie Mongan's internationally recognised hypnobirthing movement and with HYPNOBIRTHMIDWIVESUK
Joan writes:
I have always been in awe of the ability of birthing mothers, each having their own journey and story to tell. However my fascination is with each mothers approach to the birthing process. Many women are calm and focused and have the ability to work with their body while others are terrified and appear to be experiencing excessive pain. I knew that if each mother had the right support she could have a more tranquil and rewarding experience while welcoming her baby in to a calm world.
How do I know this?
I have witnessed the extremes of childbirth too many times for there not to be a reason why some mothers have an amazing experience whilst others can be traumatised. Learning about hypnobirthing gave me the answers - it brought it all came together - the ability for Mothers, birth partners and midwives to gain the knowledge to have a complete team approach to child birth and enhancing the birth experience."

Liz is a licensed acupuncture practitioner, gaining a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading in 2019. She practices an integrated approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture. Liz specialises in treating children, holding a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture (2022). Liz is fully regulated and insured with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC)
Liz has a special interest in a variety of conditions, particularly post-operative pain, circulatory conditions, digestive complaints, headaches and migraines, menopause and menstrual health. Liz enjoys being able to offer multi-bed treatments to make frequent treatment more affordable to those who would otherwise be unable to access holistic healthcare.
Liz uses a combined approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. Classical Five Element acupuncture is based on the Five Elements of nature: fire, earth, metal, water and wood. Each of these five elements is within each of us and symptoms and diseases occur when these elements become unbalanced. Treatment using the Five Elements deals with the underlying causes of disease rather than just treating the symptoms. The aim of Five Element acupuncture is to bring each of the elements back into balance to prevent disease from reoccurring.
Liz believes a collaborated approach to care improves the health and wellbeing of individuals and so is always happy to speak with your other healthcare providers and work alongside them and with you reviewing treatment often to ensure your symptoms are improving and you have all the information available to you to take ownership of your health.
When Liz became a mother of two this sparked her interest in how acupuncture could help young people. Liz recently completed a Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture and now specialises in the treatment of children and young people. Liz will treat babies from newborn and uses a very gentle approach and has many non-needle techniques to help restore balance in the body. This may include Tui-Na massage which can be taught to parents / carers to use at home and in-between treatments. A childs Qi is so vital that minimal intervention is needed. Usually only one or two needles may be used on very small children if at all. Smallstick-on seeds or tiny pyonex can be used instead if the child isn’t sure about having needles. Liz aims to make the child as comfortable and relaxed as possible, hoping that acupuncture is a time in the week the child looks forward to. There is a collection of toys and books in the treatment room and she is always happy to speak to the parent before the consultation to talk though any concerns, and anything that would be easier to discuss without the child present. Liz fully understands how much the wellbeing of a child can have an effect on the whole family.
Liz holds a space for everyone to come and take a breath and work together towards restoring balance. If you have any questions or would like to know if treatment would be suitable for your child, please do not hesitate to email Liz to arrange a phone call at [email protected].
Liz is a member of the international Hub of Paediatric Acupuncture (HOPA) which has a great section for parents explaining the benefits of acupuncture for children.
You can also find out more about the common ailments acupuncture can help support for children and what to expect from a treatment on my website
www.ldacu.co.uk
Liz’s multibed appointments are limited and held for those that need help with the cost of treatment and are coming for regular treatments. Therefore, appointment costs that are claimed through insurance will need to be booked as private follow ups. If you are looking for lower cost treatment sessions please speak to Liz directly who may be able to add you to the waiting list.

She is a very patient focused practitioner who takes time to listen to the patient, once gaining the in-depth insights she agrees treatment goals with the patient to increase health outcomes. Rebecca loves what she does, her passion comes through in every treatment she does.
In 2010 Rebecca created Norwich Acupuncture Rooms at The Orange Grove Clinic as a way of making acupuncture more accessible and affordable to a wide range of people. In China acupuncture is a very common practice and recommended weekly to begin with for effective treatment. Rebecca’s goal was to replicate this in the Western world with the multi-bed setting to allow patients the option of weekly treatment at a more affordable price
A year later Rebecca also set up the Acupuncture Childbirth Team for East Anglia (ACT), which acts as an acupuncture network for other practitioners to share and learn information on natural birth techniques and pregnancy-related complaints.
Rebecca’s latest passion is treat – a unique holistic clinic where the practitioners all strive to work together for the people of Norwich; combining their skills and knowledge in providing one-to-one care and group sessions/workshops, which empower and educate people to reach a state of well-being and contentment. Norwich Acupuncture Rooms is now an integral part of treat-norwich Health and wellbeing Clinic.

Victoria’s path into acupuncture began with her own experiences of seeking more complete approaches to health and wellbeing. What started as a personal journey grew into years of study, travel, and a deep commitment to holistic medicine.
During her travels, she was inspired by traditional healing systems from around the world, but it was Chinese Medicine that particularly resonated with her. She was drawn to its view of the body as an interconnected whole, with energy (qi) moving through pathways that influence both physical and emotional health. This perspective continues to shape her practice today.
What Victoria values most in acupuncture is its ability to work with the whole person, encompassing body, mind, and spirit, rather than treating symptoms in isolation. She offers a calm and supportive space where every patient is heard, and each treatment is tailored to the individual.
Her special interest lies in women’s health, influenced by her own experiences with fertility. She has seen how acupuncture can play a decisive role in supporting menstrual health, hormonal balance, endometriosis, PCOS, and fertility journeys, whether natural or alongside IVF.
Victoria’s professional background reflects her dedication to offering safe, effective and integrated care:
- Graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), one of the UK’s leading institutions for natural medicine education
- Three years of intensive training in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
- Additional two-year certification in Naturopathy
- Specialist training in women’s health and fertility support
- Certified in complementary techniques including cupping, moxibustion, and electro-acupuncture
- Qualified Reiki practitioner, offering energy-based support alongside acupuncture
- Registered professional member of ANP, ATCM, GNC, and BAF
- Ongoing professional development in food energetics and nutritional therapy
In her treatments, Victoria blends the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a modern understanding of health and nutrition, offering comprehensive care designed to restore balance and promote long-term vitality.
