Oncology Massage In Norwich

Oncology Massage

An Oncology Massage uses specialist massage therapy and traditional techniques for those who have been diagnosed with cancer, recovering from cancer or for those that need end of life care. It works therapeutically to give a renewed sense of deep relaxation. Massage can reduce the side effects of cancer treatments helping to manage dry skin, muscular tension and feelings of anxiety or fatigue. Helping to reduce stress by aiding relaxation. It can increase energy and has been known to improve sleep patterns too.

Oncology certified therapists are trained to make sure that each massage meets the unique and changing needs of the individual and have a solid understanding of the complexities of the condition and its symptoms. Claire has been specially trained to know how to adapt position or techniques to maximise client comfort and relaxation. A thorough consultation is taken as part of your first appointment.
