Aromatherapy is the inhalation and absorption by the skin of essential oils. Essential oils are the fragrant, highly concentrated natural constituents that are found in various parts of plants such as leaves, berries, grasses, flowering tops, petals, roots, zest of fruit, resins and wood. When used correctly essential oils have a range of health and well-being benefits.
Vicki uses a variety of relaxing massage strokes and techniques that are used to warm your muscles, release tension, ease anxiety, depression, discomfort, pain and stress. Improving general well-being and boosting your mood. Your tight muscular fibres loosen improving blood circulation, mobility and flexibility. Most clients find they have an improved quality of sleep and feel more rested after an aromatherapy massage.
Essential oils can also boost your immune system and can increase your body's ability to resist diseases, bacteria, and viruses. Some essential oils have antioxidant properties protecting the cells from free radicals.

Vicki started her career as a Massage Therapist at Neal’s Yard Remedies Treatment Rooms over 20 years ago, after qualifying in Holistic and Remedial Massage in at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich. But over many years Vicki has gone on to qualify and gain so much more experience, learning many other different types of Massage, Reflexology and even Hopi Ear Candling.
In 2016 Vicki diversified by qualifying in ITEC Diploma's levels 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy with The Norwich School of Beauty, and enjoys the Beauty Treatments most that are combined with massage like facials and skincare treatments.
For seven years Vicki did on-site Massage Treatments at the head office of Virgin Money in Norwich. To help improve staff well-being, reduce absenteeism and help to alleviate work stress, tension and help ease muscular aches & pains, as part of their employee company healthcare benefits. Vicki also assisted hundreds of staff members that trained to run the Virgin Money London Marathon by doing regular sports massages, which helped everyone of them to get over the finishing line and receive their medals.
Over Vicki's vast Therapy career she has worked self-employed at other Health & Wellbeing Clinics, and Treatment Rooms in Norwich and joined Treat Health & Wellbeing Clinic in 2016.
