Congratulations! You are starting a new and exciting phase in your life. For most women finding out they are pregnant is a time for joy and celebration but there are also times throughout the pregnancy when women may need some additional support and reflexology is one option for improving wellbeing.
Pregnancy reflexology can provide a great support throughout your pregnancy reducing feelings of stress or anxiety, aiding relaxation, increasing sleep quality and boosting your feelings of wellbeing.
During pregnancy
Reflexology aims to optimise your physical and emotional health by working on specific reflexology points which correspond to different parts of your body. It is a holistic treatment which is deeply relaxing.
Receiving reflexology during pregnancy also allows you time away from your busy life and provides a comforting place where you can focus purely on yourself and your baby. The importance of this should really not be underestimated.
Reflexology can be used throughout your pregnancy and a full history will be taken to ensure that it is safe and appropriate to carry out a treatment.
During the First Trimester
This is a time when huge changes are occurring in hormone levels and there can be anxieties and concerns.
Pregnancy Reflexology should be booked from your first trimester.
During the Second And Third Trimester
As most of the early discomforts are likely to have passed and baby is growing you may experience other symptoms. Reflexology can help you by addressing health issues such as sleeplessness as they arise, and by providing increased feelings of wellbeing and feelings of calm.
Preparation For Labour
As your due date approaches it is useful to have regular reflexology treatments in order to prepare for labour and promote relaxation which will help you and your baby. Your pregnancy will undoubtedly be one of the most exhilarating, exciting and emotional experiences of your life. Reflexology can help you to cope with the huge emotional and physical changes that are taking place. It can be beneficial at all stages of your pregnancy.

Vicki started her career as a Massage Therapist at Neal’s Yard Remedies Treatment Rooms over 20 years ago, after qualifying in Holistic and Remedial Massage at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich. But over many years Vicki has gone on to qualify and gain so much more experience, learning many other different types of Massage, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling and even Beauty Therapy. Where she specialises in Facial Beauty Therapies - Aromatherapy Facials, Facial Waxing, Lash & Brow Tinting and Lash Lifting.
For seven years Vicki did on-site Massage Treatments at the head office of Virgin Money in Norwich. To help improve staff well-being, reduce absenteeism and help to alleviate work stress, tension and help ease muscular aches & pains, as part of their employee company healthcare benefits. Vicki also assisted hundreds of staff members that trained to run the Virgin Money London Marathon by doing regular monthly sports massages, which helped everyone of them to get over the finishing line and receive their medals.
With Vicki's vast experience and skills in many different types of therapies she offers. She always individually tailors her treatments to suit your needs, whether you want a Deep Tissue back, neck and shoulder massage together with a relaxing Aromatherapy Facial or foot Reflexology treatment. Clementine is a qualified reflexologist with a calm, supportive approach to wellbeing. Following her own health challenges and a growing interest in how the body works as a whole, she was drawn to study reflexology in 2021. She saw how it was a valuable way to support balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal.
Recently, to deepen her practice, Clementine has trained in facial reflexology, allowing her to offer a range of reflexology treatment experiences. She has a particular interest in fertility support, women’s health, and stress reduction, and works with clients seeking both physical and emotional wellbeing support.
Clementine has experience supporting a wide range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, hormonal imbalance, fertility and menstrual health, digestive issues, fatigue, sleep difficulties, headaches, emotional wellbeing, and general wellbeing.
Alongside her reflexology training, Clementine has a background in Education and has studied to Master’s level in Learning and Development, which informs her thoughtful, client-centred approach.
She is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, which upholds reflexology to the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring clients receive safe, professional, and high-quality care.
