Rosie actively encourages those who are getting back to some form of exercise as well as sports people and athletes. Physiyoga facilitates a deeper understanding of your own body and how to prevent and manage injuries through yoga. Rosie’s classes are vinyasa flow based, with a strong alignment, meditative and anatomical focus
