Liz Thurston brings to you a brand-new course, focusing on your emotional needs whilst in late pregnancy, waiting for you little one to join your family and after your little one arrives in your life. We welcome your little ones to the sessions as well, keeping them close to you can really help.
Having a new baby in your life can come with so many emotions both before they arrive and after, some emotions and experiences are happy and positive and some are not, all of which are okay.
In having the opportunity within this group class to explore your own thoughts and feelings allows you to have points of expression both verbally and written.
The six-week course offers you explanation and exploration in a combination of mindfulness, relaxation, self-hypnosis and other psychotherapeutic techniques.
Liz will maintain a safe environment for you and your little one throughout to share what you feel comfortable with but also to be surrounded by other people offering you their strength and support.
Each week we will focus on areas such as Nurture, Emotions, Connections, Healing, Nourish and Transformation.
