Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy uses diet and supplementation to help you make the best of your health and well-being. Your diet and lifestyle have a huge impact on your health and various different conditions. By looking at your diet, Nutritional Therapy aims to use food to help alleviate symptoms and achieve and maintain optimum health. It is designed as a strong complementary tool, supporting conventional medicine in a balanced manner. With a foundation in natural health and science-based formula, Nutritional Therapy is a fantastic tool for the health of you and your family.

Your personal Nutrition Plan will be bespoke for you with practical and delicious recommendations that will suit your situation and daily life.

Allergy, digestive health and Hormone testing

A range of different health tests are available through our Nutritional Therapist Kirsty Williams. These may be recommended as part of your consultation and Kirsty will always discuss the options with you in detail to ensure that the test is right for you. Any test will be assessed in the context of a nutrition consultation which allows Kirsty to fit the test and results to your particular symptoms. From allergy testing to digestive health and hormone balance, these functional tests often provide a useful insight to your symptoms and can be a helpful tool in designing the best programme for you.
