Welcome to Chloe Tucker. Chloe has joined treat to offer a new yoga class. She had her first taste of yoga backpacking across Nepal and India and went on to explore a variety of yoga styles whilst studying at university, living in Japan and travelling Asia before falling in love with the creativity and organic movement of Vinyasa flow yoga.
After starting regular Vinyasa and Ashtanga practice, Chloe quickly recognised the physical and mental benefits of yoga. She believes that yoga teaches us how to live better -becoming attuned to our bodies and emotions can help equip us with tools to cope with the many demands and stresses of modern life.
In January 2019 she returned to India to train in Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow and is now a 200 hours accredited yoga teacher.
When not practicing yoga, Chloe can be found dog walking, planning her next travel adventure or with her nose in a good book - she also apparently loves cats and chocolate - it's a sign she'll fit in well at Treat and we hope her new classes prove popular. Find out more on her class page
