Yoga4Health and Yoga Flow


Yoga4health is for people who are recovering from illness, injury or disease and offers support to manage and reduce pain within the body. Gentle yoga postures and movement exercises are used to reduce tension and blockages in specific areas of the body. Meditation and visualisation techniques are also used for people to set positive intentions for healing. The class aims to leave the students feeling more relaxed and comfortable in their own bodies.

Amber also offers One to One Yoga Therapy sessions to individuals in need of more intensive support can help the client establish short, medium and long term health goals in a non-judgemental, supportive and encouraging environment.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a flowing practice that increases Qi energy throughout the whole body - it combines Yoga, Dance and Qigong to create a fluid practice that enables Qi energy to flow smoothly throughout the whole body. A combination of yoga postures are practiced and then integrated with dance and Qigong whilst listening to music. The classes allow students to gain the health benefits of yoga whilst adding authentic movement expression so Qi energy can flow harmoniously. This practice brings life and expression to every part of the body leaving the student feeling light, free and uplifted.

Amber Hale (BA , Yoga Alliance Accredited Diploma in Yoga Teaching)

Amber Hale is a qualified and experienced Yoga, Shiatsu, Dance & Qigong practitioner. She has a 2.1 BA in Choreography, Yoga Alliance Accredited Diploma in Yoga Teaching, The Shiatsu College Accredited Diploma in Shiatsu Practice and Training Certificates in Zhineng Qigong. She has been dancing all her life, teaching yoga for 13 years, practising Shiatsu for 9 years and is currently training in Qigong bodywork. She has travelled the world extensively learning and teaching a variety of bodywork practices in many different countries including Japan, China, India, Italy, Portugal, and South America. Since returning to Norfolk seven years ago, she lives in Norwich where she offers Yoga4Health, Yoga4All and Yoga Flow classes, One to One Yoga Therapy and Shiatsu Acupressure Massage with the determination and commitment to support people on their journey to better health. 

Yoga Classes - Amber’s yoga classes combine her knowledge of Yoga, Shiatsu, Dance and Qigong to offer a relaxing, rejuvenating and healing practice which is adapted to the needs of the students. A variety of yoga postures, bodywork exercises, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques are used to encourage the students to understand more about their own bodies and how yoga postures can be used to alleviate pain and discomfort in the body.
